I think collective freedom community has lost because the vast majority in collective freedom community are broken people who can't even help themselves.
If you can't change your own life, don't expect to change the world. It's that simple.
Let's be honest. Most in collective freedom community don't exercise enough self control to change their own lives. They are broken and need help. Because they are the ones who need help, they can't help others.
The problem is self control. People who have any lack in self control have 0 chance of winning because your self control is only as good as your weakest moments which distractions will take advantage of to the fullest. If you aren't strong enough to beat the strongest distractions in your weakest moments, don't expect to change the world. In a battle, a formation is only as strong as its weakest link.
Even people who should be getting drug/alcohol/dopamine addiction treatments are in collective freedom community.
Those who have the best self control are having better lives with millions of dollars and tend to not think much about collective freedom because they can just move away if things go wrong where they are.
We need the best people on our side. The best way to do that is to become one of the best humans on earth because I can't recruit the best people if I'm broken anyway.
That said, I'm also broken. I'm the one who needs help. So, I'm speaking from my own experiences.
I'm angry at people in collective freedom community who demand that I stop earning money entirely, consume contents for years, and then produce contents when I need to fix myself first. To starve government or consume freedom-oriented contents, I have to quit my job or my business, free up my time, and rely solely on un"tax"able donations? Stop earning money for years? Are you trying to ruin my life for nothing? Their advices are dumb and not grounded in reality. They are trying to make me homeless and poor, or they are just trying to extract years of free labor out of anyone they can get their hands on. They see others including me as mere disposable pawns. That's not going to work out. "Ungrounded" intellect is really dumb. Instead of building up generational infrastructure, they are short-sighted and looking to exploit others and send them to the meat grinder. Perhaps, they are spies? Everyone is forced to deal with finance, and I have to be good at finance if I want to do things. I think the current generation of collective freedom community is largely done and can't move beyond "don't vaccinate me" or "no social credit score". I decided to keep my distance from collective freedom community. I'd rather create my own circle after fixing myself first.
Yes makes sense. Like the saying goes, "Be the change you want to see". But people don't want to change, but rather they still want to see change happen OUTWARDLY. I think the Nag Hammadi has a documented saying about making the upper like the lower (as above, so below, kind of thing) and the inner like the outer. Some mysterious change can sort of magically happen OUTWARDLY but it seems to require INWARD change first.
Many people just want others to do the heavy lifting for themselves. Instead of doing it themselves and inspiring others through their own examples, they just lazily demand sacrifice from others. People who consumed mark passio's contents are worse because they demand that I stop earning money indefinitely to serve truth. They have no empathy toward individuals like me. They don't care whether I become homeless or starve on a street. I'd like to tell them to do it yourself. They either pretend I don't have to pay my bills or don't care whether I starve on a street.
I hate poverty culture that developed around mark passio. Laziness is also accepted as a cultural element around mark passio. Even if money is not a concept, until we have post-scarcity economy, we will probably be forced to pay each other in various currencies that have real value, such as salt, food, weapons, fuel, etc, ... Finance(payment) will be required whether or not money exists.
I think we need to stop telling others that poverty is okay. Being a lazy bum is not okay. Understanding morality and a few other nuggets of knowledge is not an excuse for poverty, laziness, and other things that are not good for us. Smoking weed is one example among many. Smoking is bad for lungs.
I think people are killing themselves slowly through poverty and laziness. The ruling class truly ruined us with various bad programs that still plague us. They inserted loser programs in our psyche through media, school, etc, ... I mean we are losers. Most people in collective freedom community still have lots of junk programs.
It takes time, study, effort, and also need people support & system support, which is woefully lacking, so understandable that even sincere people get a bit depressed and lazy. Others probably use such realities as excuses and would be lazy regardless. It's not an easy path.
In the absence of external support, adequate self support must be established properly before people are expected to sacrifice.
Someone who demands indefinite sacrifice without self support or external support is just another enemy in my opinion. From my vantage point, a person in collective freedom community is likely just another enemy.
I need to establish proper self support first. I think collective freedom community woefully lacks experience in fostering self support in other people. Or, should I call it self help?
Expecting sacrifices and responsibilities without empowering people first is dumb.
I mean self help is woefully lacking in collective freedom community. Most people in collective freedom community can't support themselves properly, and they can't teach self help.
Self support is taught extensively in online business schools. They teach people how to bootstrap an online business without much money and without any external investment.
Online business schools focus on personal freedom, but not on collective freedom.
I think the way forward is to teach self support methodologies along with collective freedom. Without self control, discipline, self support, business acumen, and so on, you are not going anywhere.
Without extensive self support culture, collective freedom community could go extinct soon.
Without self support or external support, there is no sustainability. Without sustainability, you are already done unless you can trigger an explosive social chain reaction.
Yes, I think the lack of ability to live independently is a big factor in making people psychologically dependent on group-think; they don't want to rock the boat or upset others too much. Going deep into truth is upsetting and groups (work group for example) will kick you out, so you are conditioned to keep quiet, eventually losing any connection to deeper truth.
So, unless a person can pretty much survive independently, they become controlled. For example, Mark Passio is an independent researcher, makes his own money independent of groups, and doesn't have to work for somebody else. So that gives him more freedom to speak/teach than somebody working for Wal-Mart, who hesitates because they could lose their job for speaking controversial things on the internet.
I think that's why I'm going to establish an online business first before I add anything else to my life. I don't expect to just get a stable supply of donations from content creation if I give up everything else. That's like diving without a safety net.
Personal freedom allows a person to serve any agenda including collective freedom.
Personal freedom matters for me personally as well.
