I scanned the video and heard the light tunnel is irresistibly attractive. As I wrote earlier, that means the solution in this case is to fuse your current life with meditation as much as possible.

You already know that junk food is bad, alcohol is bad, porn is bad, game is bad, comics are bad, music is bad, and so on. But, most people still engage these bad vices even if they know the vices are bad.

If you can't even resist distractions for 5 minutes in front of a computer screen, you probably can't resist the irresistibly attractive light tunnel that will wipe your memory. You might have to resist the light tunnel for hours without reacting to the urges before you are released.

They make poison very attractive.

If you can't resist what you already know is bad, how can you resist the irrestibly attractive light tunnel?

Knowing what the reincarnation trap is probably won't save you unless you can meditate indefinitely in your current life. Meditation can take many forms, including just focusing on what you should do without reacting to distractions in your mind. I would practice focus-on-work meditation, breath meditation, and later vipassana meditation. However, I don't want to try vipassana meditation retreat. I'd rather read a book and do it in my room.

"Stable" manifestation of anything including physical wealth and escaping the reincarnation trap requires a stable mind which can only be achieved with meditation.

If you want to keep manifesting things stably without glitches, you have to keep your focus indefinitely. The question is can you meditate for ever?

If you skip a day, everything will start collapsing even if everything looks indestructible.

I think the universe is a never-ending test or a never-ending purge. If you are distracted for too long, you might even lose your place in pleroma and find yourself back in the matrix. I don't know how you will be back in the matrix. Perhaps, the matrix agents will find a new innovative way to capture you in pleroma, or you commit serious crimes, and God sends you back to the matrix.

The cost of freedom is perpetual vigilance.

I think that's why buddhism emphasizes meditation so much for escaping the endless cycle of death and rebirth.

You say, "I think the universe is a never-ending test or a never-ending purge". I suspect it is a never-ending story, like the movie of the same name. I did a post about the song to that movie here: https://www.writepharmaparablepublishing.com/p/the-parable-of-our-never-ending-story

Other than that, I agree that focus is important, for now and after death, and a practice to stay in a meditative mindset continuously might help. Unfortunately, we can't prove it, and Blavatsky, like many others, have interesting perspectives that must be intuitively discerned and integrated by each individual. Many will disagree with her, and they may be correct or not, but each individual must experience her knowledge and wisdom personally, in their own way.

I also don't think it is possible to be in meditative state always. Just as humans need to physically sleep, we will mentally sleep at times. Perhaps meditation will bring one to the point of realizing that that entity is NOT the real you. Perhaps that is the one important thing to remember: the mind that sleeps AND the body that sleeps is NOT the real you, anyway!

The trick is to minimize the amount of mentally sleeping time between your meditative states. For some people, sleeping states continue for hours and days. People who are good at maintaining meditative mind can snap back within a minute. I guess meditation masters are able to snap back within a minute or two.

Unfortunately, I ran out of time to research deeply. I am far from retirement. With the limited amounts of time and information available to me, the only conclusion I can reach is I should practice meditation as much as possible.

My simple formula for now is meditation for personal freedom and moral education for collective freedom.

Today, I watched the video fully. Her description of artificial psychological programming overlaps with Dr. David Hawkins' levels of consciousness.

(Artificial) survival paradigm: Shame < Guilt < Apathy < Grief < Fear < Desire (addiction, lust, craving) < Anger < Pride

Reason & Integrity: Courage < Neutrality < Willingness to work hard < Acceptance of responsibilities < Reason

Spiritual paradigm: Love for all (Agape) < Joy < Peace < Enlightenment

(Survival paradigm < Reason & Integrity < Spiritual paradigm)

Everything between shame and pride is an artificial psychological "loop" programmed into you through the human brain which is a biological machine built to loop endlessly through these states of consciousness. At the level of courage, you begin to possess true strength. With "full" acceptance of your responsibilities and "full" willingness to work hard regardless of thoughts and feelings, you become a very powerful force in the world.

From love and above, your abilities are used for the right things.

I think meditation helps detach from shame, guilt, apathy, grief, fear, desire, anger, despair and pride which are artificially injected into your mind through the brain. The brain will constantly inject artificial thoughts and artificial emotions into your mind, but you can practice ignoring them.

The video also said detachment from artificial constructs will make you remember what you knew before you were captured. The memory will enable you to operate and resist the control system effectively on earth.

Buddha said meditation made him remember his past lives.

Both buddha and blavatsky said detachment from artificial thoughts and artificial emotions makes you remember your past before birth. Buddha detached from artificial constructs through intense vipassana meditation.

Everyday, I wake up and feel the temptation to engage automatic thoughts and automatic emotions. Even now, I feel the temptation to eat junk foods. Ignoring artificial thoughts and artificial emotions is required. Detach from artificial constructs in the outside world and your mind, and you will become an effective operative on earth.

I think being an effective operative will require a substantial amount of wealth in the current human condition, so you will likely focus on being good at acquiring wealth with business. Only those who do what they are supposed to do regardless of automatic thoughts and automatic emotions can succeed in business if they are not part of the matrix control system.

The trick is artificial thoughts and artificial emotions will interrupt you every minute or every 10 minutes for the rest of your life, so you cannot let your guard down for the rest of your life. They don't just go away as long as you have a human brain.

Yep, sounds about right. I meditate in my own way, but I don't have specific memories of past lives. The concept resonates with me, in a truth vibration sort of way, so I accept it as a concept.

Even if you don't get full access to the memories from your past, you still get partial access in the form of intuition and clarity and creative solutions if you meditate hard enough.
